Description

There is a short guitar solo right at the top of the bridge section. The use of octaves here is a great choice to reinforce a cool melodic idea.

Note we start with the major 3 note over the I chord, and slide around to arrive at the 5th, then root of the bVII chord. All these choices up the tension factor that lead us into an emotive vocal.
