Description

In this lesson we'll look at an embellished strumming pattern that we'll use for the second and fourth pass through the song. This is a little more rhythmically active and reminiscent of gypsy jazz guitar strumming called 'Le Pompe', meaning 'the pump'. It's similar to 'root-chord' or 'boom-chick' strumming but done with a swing rhythm emphasizing the backbeats (two and four).
