Description
We’ve got 2 electric guitar playing throughout the song. I’m using a semi-hollowbody guitar, but any guitar is suitable. I’ve selected the neck pickup for a sweet, round sound for both the lead and rhythm parts.
A Fender tube amp is the best choice to replicate the tone in this tune. To dial in a clean setting, start out with the Preamp Gain to 20%, Bass to 50%, Mids to 55%, Treble to 55%, and Presence to 60%.
Add some reverb to all guitars for depth.
Since we’re in standard tuning, I’m using regular light gauge strings that are 10-52. I’m also using a heavy pick to dig into those backbeat stabs and leads.
