Country music is a growing and developing style of music. Because of the location of its origin, it couldn't help but borrow from the blues. In the past two decades, country has borrowed so heavily from classic rock and the blues that sometimes the styles are indistinguishable.
In this interview, Andy will give us an insight on how the Blues influences what he does as a country musician. Andy shares a common backstory with many country guitarists today in that he began his career as a rock and blues musician before moving into the country scene. His perspective is good in that it shows how guitarists wanting to expand their capabilities can work in the country scene.
