Let's put a bluesy bend in the mix!
Here we have the same idea and the same lick we used before. But instead of playing the root note an octave higher to end each lick, let's bend the minor 7th scale degree up to that rote note.
This makes our lick sound even more bluesy, while still using the same idea of targeting chord tones.
