Description

In this lesson, we'll build on the concept of the "ghost strum" by adding a second ghost to the measure on music in 4/4 time.

In this case, we'll learn a rhythm pattern that uses a ghost strum on the "AND" that follows the initial count of ONE, as well as on beat number 3.

This is perhaps the most popular and widely used strumming pattern in contemporary guitar music. It is adaptable to virtually any style and any speed of music. You'll get tons of mileage from this classic strumming pattern!
