Is anyone else having problems with the site basic functions working?

I have just logged in to start my daily practice and the site is acting up. You cannot navigate Top links like LEARNING PATHS, FEATURES, etc., videos don't load up... What's going in? 

I had to go through SITE MAP (at the bottom) link to even get here.

None of the videos in my favourites load up...

Nor does song filter work once you get there... I wanted to load up another screenshot but print screen loads up a screenshot I have made two weeks ago... 

Is there some kind of a maintenance/update going on?

Your’re not the only one, mate. Same problems on my end as well. I’m guessing some kind of site maintenance as well. 

Everything was working for me last night & this morning as well.  Have you tried to contact support?  Have you checked yet this morning?

I'm having the same exact issue since a couple of days. Please solve it.

Checked on two different PCs with different internet providers. It is clearly something on GT side./

It only happened today morning for me as in the screenshot with time. The day before everything was fine. I use the site on daily basis.

I had the same problem yesterday. It seems to me it's to do with cookies. I noticed a pop up window yesterday and only selected the ones I would normally. Still had the same problem. It wasn't until I accepted all of them that everything started working properly. Could not find a link anywhere on the site to cookie preferences so had to wait until the pop up reappeared. I'm using a MacBook. Hope this helps.

I am not experiencing any problems att.  I tried out a mix of a dozen pages from the song library, saved lessons, new lessons from instructors... they all work and loaded fine.  I review the Forum a couple times a day and have not/do not notice any problems.

Maybe it's an internet node or ISP thing.  I'm in western Montana using DSL provided by my phone company 'cause fiber optic is still a promise and there are no cable providers 15 miles east of Missoula.  😉  Consequently, my download speed maxes in the sub-teens but is more than adequate for GT.

My OS is Windows 10, last downloaded update from MS was a couple days ago.

This issue has been reported to the developers and they are currently working on a fix. It is only affecting people in select locations. We will update once there has been a fix. Apologies for any inconvenience.
