Website Account does not work in mobile app

How can I use the mobile app if I cannot login with my paid (full access) web username?

trying to create a new account in mobile app, using my website username does not work.

creating a completely new account from scratch would not be linked to my paid web account.

please advise...

Hi Markus, please make sure the Android app is fully up to date. We have put in a fix for this issue, but the app needs to be updated on your end. Let us know if you have any further issues.
