Description

In this lesson we'll learn the chords of the B section. This section is 16 measures long and has a different chord progression. We start on C7, the V chord, then move to the tonic F major, the I chord. There are a couple of modulations for variety. The change to A7 (V of vi), then D7 (V of ii), then G7 (V of V), to C7 (V), finally back to F (I) is a circle of fifths motion. This section repeats with 2 slightly different ending measures in the melody.
