Description
Now that we've gotten our one-thumb rhythm section going, let's add a simple part on the treble strings. Again, the thumb groove would be the left hand of the old timey ragtime piano player, and now what we'll add what would be his right hand: playing chords, melodies and embellishments.
Take your time to get comfortable with this, and try to make it groove if you can.
For this demonstration we'll just do the pattern for 16 bars with the metronome, but keep in mind that you may have to do it for a much longer time than what we'll do now.
