Description
Up until this point we've used 8th notes as our main rhythmic feel or “subdivision†as it's technically called. But in this tutorial we're going to explore different “subdivisionâ€, where you now have 4 notes per quarter note- or 16 per bar. I'm sure it's no surprise to you that these are called 16th notes, and in this tutorial we'll explore a groove uses this subdivision and come up with a cool strumming pattern that fits it. I'm sure you'll recognize the sound of it, as this rhythmic feel is used in a million classic songs.
